Slow Food Farm Dinner at Duo Restaurant

We are excited to partner with Duo Restaurant for a fundraiser dinner in support of Slow Food Denver’s Eat Local Challenge. Dinner will feature three seasonally inspired and locally sourced courses, and the opportunity to meet some of our local farmers and ranchers. Dinner is $65 per person, includes 3 courses, wine/beer and gratuity.

farmer’s market picnic board
dove creek anasazi bean spread / haystack goat cheese crackers / house-fermented & pickled vegetables
Course 2:
duo of lamb
sumac crusted lamb t-bone / curried lamb meatball / saffron potatoes / babaghanoush / pickled vegetables
Course 3:
summer berry clafoutis
pate sucre / bay leaf caramel / basil ice cream
