Harvest Market & Acorn Pop-Up

Bringing together farms and vendors from all around Colorado, the Harvest Market will be a one-stop-shop for patrons’ Thanksgiving dinner preparations. Additionally, chef Bill Espiricueta of Acorn will host a special pop-up lunch featuring his celebrated barbecue starting at 11 a.m.

Guest vendors at the Harvest Market include:

Vendors will be bringing a variety of root crops: carrots, beets, sunchokes,celeriac, late season apples, hot peppers, leafy greens, herbs, pies and pastries, cured meats, pickled goods, preserves, compound butters.

Source vendor, Western Daughters Butcher Shoppe, will have gravy, stocks and other holiday necessities for sale. Western Daughters is currently accepting orders for pasture-raised heritage breed birds, as well as non-GMO local offerings. The other acclaimed vendors regularly at The Source will round out the Harvest Market for pre-Thanksgiving dinner preparations. Guests can purchase wine at The Proper Pour, spices from Mondo Market, Babettes’ bread, floral centerpieces by Beet & Yarrow, coffee from Boxcar Coffee Roasters, Crooked Stave‘s sour beers, and more.
