To wrap up the seasonal bounty we’ll share in an evening of food, fun and community. The evening is a hands-on cooking event where you’ll learn to turn our local preserves from throughout the preserving series into a sensational meal that we will enjoy together.
Here’s a sneak preview at the menu:
- Sheeps milk ricotta and jalapeno jelly tartlets
- Ravioli stuffed with greens in a light tomato sauce
- Roast pork with a plum glaze, sauerkraut, and green beans
- Chickpea and veggie stew
- Apple Pie
Food and non-alcoholic beverages are provided. If you would like, please feel free to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy.
