Preserve the Harvest – Fermentation

Fermentation with 5 Points Fermentation 

Learn how to craft and package fermented foods.  The focus for the crafting portion of this event will be 5 Points legendary kimchi, which is prepared with traditional hand techniques that create optimal texture and peak flavor.

When: Sunday, September 10th 2017, 4pm-8pm  Where: Rocky Mountain Commissary Kitchen, 5604 Kendall Ct, Arvada, CO 80002

Unfortunately this event is capped at 15 participants, so grab tickets while you can!

*Dinner will be provided and all participants will take home a jar of 5 Points delicious ferments.
