DMC Fresh Pasta Make

Feburary is the month of love, so let’s give ourselves a little tender love and care by making some tender, loveable pasta from scratch! It will be fun and easy, and you will go home with enough homemade Pasta for two. Don’t worry, gluten-free friends, we do have Gluten Free pasta available!
Our Master Makers this month are a couple of foodies: Lauren Howe, the Manager of Community Engagement at Slow Food USA, and Dain Holland, Chef di Partie at Barolo Restuarant. The event will include a presentation about pasta, and specifically gluten, and its delicious history.
Our Master Makers have selected Slow Food Denver to directly recieve a portion of all ticket sales, supporting their mission to “preserve food traditions and heritage, support local food producers and purveyors, promot sustainable agriculture, influence food policy, protect biodiversity, and educate members, school children and the greater community about the pleasures of growing and eating food.” We are so proud and excited to help support the little Slow Food snail!
