Fermentation with 5 Points Fermentation
Learn how to craft and package fermented foods. The focus for the crafting portion of this event will be 5 Points legendary kimchi, which is prepared with traditional hand techniques that create optimal texture and peak flavor.

Unfortunately this event is capped at 15 participants, so grab tickets while you can!
*Dinner will be provided and all participants will take home a jar of 5 Points delicious ferments.
