“Slow Food International will bring Slow Food Nations, a Terra Madre-style festival, to Denver next summer. By doing so, the organization declares the Mile High City’s future and on-going impact on the food world.”

Slow Food Nations will take place in Denver next Summer, July 14-16th. Taking place at Larimer Square and Union Station, the event will be free to the public, along with ticketed with talks, workshops, panel discussions, dinners and more to be announced!

“Part street festival, academic conference, and global bazaar, when the three-day festival kicks off next year, it will effectively designate the Mile High City the center of the North American food universe.” Check out the 5280 article written by Amanda Faison.
