Meet The Team

Phil Hua-Pham

Originally from Chicago, Phillip has over eight years of experience in the hospitality industry. Phillip Hua-Pham received a BS in Food and Beverage Event Administration at Metro State University of Denver and began his Slow Food journey in 2019. He heavily assisted in coordinating numerous events with the Slow Food Nations team in 2019 to curate workshops and micro-events during the festival. He continued his support through Slow Food USA throughout the past few years and is honored to join the board for Slow Food Denver.

He currently serves as Brand Experience Manager for MAINSPRING where he oversees social media, special events and brand development for multiple Denver brands — Room for Milly, Blue Sparrow Coffee, Queens Eleven, Backyard on Blake, Side Stories and Happy Hour Handbook to name a few. In addition, he also serves as the Partners Manager for Color of Fashion, a non-profit organization who provides a platform for the BIPOC community to share their diverse creativity in the fashion industry.

Phillip is excited to drive connections between the hospitality industry and Slow Food Denver’s community by showcasing the common interest for good, clean, and fair food for all. During his time away from the desk, he enjoys supporting local restaurants, bars and creatives who are pushing innovation in Denver.
