I’m a big believer the Registered Dietitians don’t just have to work in clinical fields! To me, food is much more than fuel—it’s connection, memories, and emotions. As an RD, I am passionate about broadening the scope of my field by connecting us to the story of our food and sharing that story with others. I’m a proud Syracuse University 2019 grad and completed my dietetic internship at the University of Massachusetts: Amherst in 2020. I also was involved in Syracuse University’s Slow Food Chapter!
