Ages 15 and older. Learn the benefits of dehydration and fermenting and how to use these preservation methods to create nutritious and delicious foods from your summer harvest.  

Menu: Strawberry Kombucha, KimChi, Curtido, Kale Chips, Blueberry Lemon Fruit Leather, Dried Fruit Coconut Curry.
