This delicious class is the beginner’s guide to making fresh cheese at home. Come make cream cheese, goat’s milk ricotta, and buratta, and then transform these cheeses into tasty dishes!

Menu: Cream Cheese and Mushroom Crepes, Goat’s Milk Ricotta Gnocchi with Basil Pesto, & Pistachio Stuffed Buratta with Peaches.
