Meet The Team


Cynthia Cohen, MSPH,  has studied and worked in public health in various leadership roles for many years.  She has always been interested in healthy eating and nutrition and in sustainable approaches to producing food.  She is excited about the ways we can modify favorite recipes from all cultures to have more nutritional benefits and to rely less on processed ingredients.  She finds a great deal of joy in preparing food and sharing it with others – and is eager to share this process with young people.
She spent most of her adult life in New York City and now  in Denver she spends time in nature, hiking  and doing other activities,  and with her family including her three grandchildren.
