Join us for an in-depth look at a variety of preserving methods. In this class you will learn how to practice safe and successful home preserving. The class is designed to give you lots of hands on experience so you will leave feeling comfortable and confident with your new skills. This year the class will cover canning, pickling, and fermenting. Participants will receive a jar of every item preserved during the class and enjoy a sample of local preserved items as an afternoon snack.
