FABRIZIA LANZA LECTURE
Join us on Wednesday, July 23 at 5:00 pm for a FREE lecture from Fabrizia Lanza focusing on heirloom grains and breads. This lecture will also feature a tasting of breads from baker Steve Scott of Babette’s Artisan Breads. No RSVP is required and this event is free and open to the public. The lecture and tasting will be hosted at The Source, 3350 Brighton Blvd.
DINNER AT FUEL with FABRIZIA LANZA
Following the lecture, a reception and dinner will be hosted at Fuel Cafe, 3455 Ringsby Court, organized by Slow Food Denver. The menu, created by Fuel’s Bob Blair and Fabrizia Lanza, will feature Tasca wines from the Lanza family winery.
